Unified communications (UC) is an umbrella term for the integration of multiple enterprise communication tools — such as voice calling, video conferencing, instant messaging (IM), presence, content sharing, etc. — into a single, streamlined interface, with the goal of improving user experience (UX) and productivity for the education industry which plays a pivotal role between the parents and the institution for establishing fast, reliable and secured communication.
We have implemented one such solution for Shiv Nadar School, Chennai which is spread over 14 acre campus with ecological balance offering education which inspire lifelong learning and go beyond preparing people for the world of work and equip them with the necessary skills to become proactive, responsible citizens who are rooted locally but with a perspective that is global.
